Zbig Skiba, President
President and founder Zbig Skiba is deeply committed to helping professionals thrive in team environments through coaching, education, and skill development. When team members fit and function well together, the whole is greater than its parts—creating harmony that can yield top results as well as high job satisfaction. Zbig brings over 25 years in leadership, facilitation and coaching as well as a breadth of industry knowledge to his work.
Zbig holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, where he studied management policy, entrepreneurship, and international business. He earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Zbig was born to Polish parents in London. His first home was near Sherlock Holmes’ fictional residence on Baker Street. When he was one year old, he and his family immigrated to the US—he learned to walk on the ship coming over. Fluent in Polish, Zbig has remained connected to his community and was involved in Poland’s transition to a market economy in the 1990s. He is a devoted member of Rotary Club of Evanston Lighthouse. Zbig is an avid racquetball and tennis player and practices yoga to overcome an unfortunate lack of flexibility.
